It is a versatile and practical conditioner for 6 wine bottles that can be folded and glued in one step, making it a highly productive and environmentally friendly product. Previously, wine bottle inserts had to be assembled on a dedicated machine, and then inserted into the box in a multi-point gluer, which was slow and unproductive. This redesigned conditioner consists of one piece which doesn´t need to be preassembled and can be inserted directly into the multi-point gluing machine while the box is being folded. It is glued to the box and to itself in such a way that deploys when the box is opened.
