People's relationship with food has changed significantly over time and also due to unexpected events in recent years, such as the pandemic, which significantly changed consumer habits. Previously, prepared food brands' main solution for their consumers were practicality and convenience, a drive that guided the market towards ready-made meals for years and established “standardized” packaging, whose aesthetic concept was aging and opening up opportunities for new ways of presenting products.
Seeking not only a differential, but also innovation in the category, Seara listened to consumer desires and aligned them with trends mapped in recent research, resulting in the launch of a new line enhanced not only by the flavors available, but also by the differential of practical, personalized, reusable, collectible and beautiful packaging!
In order to fill the aforementioned market gap and generate a brand impact, Seara decided to launch a completely exclusive and independent line in its portfolio, working on delicious and dedicated recipes available in seven flavors and promoting complete options for all seven days of the week. Reflecting all this flavor potential, following the line of investments in category innovation and enhancing the product in terms of consumer experience, sales appeal and brand memory, the packaging was strategically designed and developed in parallel. Firstly, the suggested format, reminiscent of mini pans, brought an emotional feeling, since the act of cooking is a special moment for many people. As practical as the concept of preparation may be, bringing a little of this affection to the moment makes the consumer experience better. In addition to this experience, the lids provide the main function of protecting the product with airtight and reliable fittings.
The 300g volume of content follows the concept of on-the-go products, practical, fast and individual consumption, combined with ergonomics geometrically designed for comfort during movement during the preparation stages and hand positioning to eat from the pan itself.
PP structure, suitable for microwave heating, with applications of additives and polymers that are chemically compatible with each other, ensuring integrity during critical stages of the production process, low temperatures (freezing) and high temperatures (preparation), in addition to sufficient resistance to become reusable.

Along with a targeted study of each flavor, unique colors were designed to represent them, intensifying the design and impact at the point of sale. Finally, the conventional cartridge normally used in products in this category was replaced by a cardboard sleeve, where the technical design allowed for both horizontal and vertical display on the shelf, with graphic elements emphasizing the product's attributes.
The result was a technical and aesthetic difference in the entire packaging, which reflects all the engineering work of the piece, the technical choice of resin and the development of the sleeve with vertical and horizontal support, in addition to the graphic design that was essential to provide a visual appeal that was impactful and attractive to the consumer in general terms.
The strategically chosen colors are reflected prominently at the point of sale, creating a colorful and lively shelf, while still being harmonious in the eyes of the consumer; and highlighting the small pans on the shelf from any other product that is next to it. As soon as the consumer sees the product, the entire visual identity makes all the attributes present clear in a very simple way and that when purchasing it, they will have access to reusable, useful, collectible and very beautiful packaging!
