It is a non-adhesive double-fixed cardboard box with a 100% recyclable hexagonal structure and is a de-plastic packaging material. Since the structure itself acts as a buffer material, there is no need to add a buffer material, and the use of raw paper has been reduced by more than 20% compared to overseas competitors. In addition, it is possible to realize a safe working environment without adhesion and can be easily and conveniently assembled by anyone, including the socially disadvantaged. This product will contribute to accelerating ESG proliferation and achieving carbon neutrality early through resource circulation, redefining eco-friendly as a reasonable and efficient word.
The Eco-Roller Box rolls along the protruding edge to secure product protection space without pressure inside the box, so that wrinkles and fragile bottles can be safely packaged, carried, and stored without buffering materials when wrapping clothes or paper. As a hexagonal structure, it solves the problem of frequent loss, which is a fatal disadvantage of existing circular packaging materials, and reduces logistics and storage costs by improving loading efficiency by enabling honeycomb-type loading and niche loading. It tried to minimize the environmental impact by non-adhesion, 100% recyclability, reducing raw paper usage, and buffering itself. It reduced the number of assembly processes, reduced packaging costs, and increased the security and safety of packaging materials by double locking. Since it has a detachable handle, it can be used as a storage box after removing the handle in addition to product packaging, which can fundamentally reduce waste generation.
