Currently, online sales are growing at a fast pace. One of the consequences of the scale is the notorious lack of storage space. Internet companies often move to larger warehouses or reorganize existing ones.
The demand for warehouse space is still growing. The reason is the increased interest in online shopping. Modular cardboard racks, which are a great alternative to standard storage racks, can help in this challenge.
Using this solution, moving, expanding or reorganizing a warehouse is much simpler and faster compared to metal racks. The cardboard racking system is lightweight, so the entire rack can be easily moved from place to place, at the same time, it is durable and resistant. It is an environmentally friendly and easy-to-recycle solution, which is equally important for large logistics and fulfillment operators. The modular system can be easily adapted to individual needs and its price is competitive with traditional metal racks.
Multifunctional, configurable, modular corrugated cardboard storage racks thanks to various configurations of drawers can be adapted to products of different sizes providing from 1 large to 6 smaller locations in one modul. Thanks to this, a rack with 30-180 locations for products can be built on one euro pallet. An undoubted advantage of the universal design of the module is the ability to replace the type of drawer used in each module at any time. Configurability ensures the possibility of adapting the racks to individual needs, even during their use. Additional, the design with replaceable elements has been designed to allow for the fastest possible repair of any damage. Contrary to other single-element rack modules known on the market, in this design the elements most exposed to damage during use can be quickly replaced without the need to disassemble the entire rack in order to replace the damaged module.
