The "Simple Loading" packaging solution for transporting baby incubators is designed for simple and safe packaging by the equipment manufacturer, but also for user-friendly and clear unpacking of the product by the customer.
This new concept replaces the original inconvenient completely wooden complicated packaging.
"Simple Loading" makes maximum use of environmentally friendly corrugated board with partial protection of sensitive product parts made of technical foam.
Loading the heavy incubator is simple even without handling equipment. The specially designed pallet quickly turns into a ramp on which the product is driven during packing or rolled down during unpacking.
The lightweight folded corrugated cardboard support ensures easy and secure fixing of the product.
All packaging parts are clearly marked with PN printing which simplifies packaging, eliminates errors and makes unpacking the product easier for the customer.
The bonus is cost and time savings.

Packing procedure:
1) Remove the lateral prism and drive the incubator on the resulting "ramp" to the designated position marked on the pallet. Screw the prism back on.
2) Insert the bottom fixing made of corrugated cardboard with partial foam under the chassis. Push the incubator into the circular cut-outs in the pallet. This will seat the frame into the support fixing. Fasten with integrated straps.
3) For error-free assembly, each packaging part is marked PN. An adhesive track is used to close the accessory box. Tear-off tape is used to open.
4) The incubator is protected against moisture by a barrier film. The bottom part of the foil placed in the pallet is welded to the barrier bag placed on the incubator.
The casing includes a built-in fixation to eliminate horizontal movement.
Thanks to the plastic couplings, the packiging can be repack and transport back to the workshop.
