JACK DANIEL'S 90° TIN
Country: Türkiye
Category: Luxury
The reason this Jack Daniel’s square tin is called a tin is because it is made out of tinplate. Other than that almost none of the processes that were used are used in traditional can-making. Forming the 90° sharp corners instead of traditional rounded ones, curling those sharp corners to seam the hidden bottom onto the body, making the inner slip hinged lid that is also hidden and doing all of these on a tin with a black background required special processes that were innovative and also gentle enough to prevent scratching.
Visually speaking the sharp corners combined with the hidden lid and bottom allowed the design to continue from top to bottom creating a luxurious look while the partial metallic printing with the use of both embossing and not so common debossing enabled this unique tin to be pleasing not only to the eye but to the touch.
