Our cling film having a CO2 boundary layer is made of special antifog raw material. When it is used the water content of the packaged food reacts with the CO2, and H2CO3 forms and rises which is a natural microba killer (barrier), increasing the shelf life of the packaged product.

During extrusion the solidifying surface of the cling film meets with CO2, so a CO2 boundary layer is formed. Further steps of production - thanks to tight winding - provide integrity to this layer. This type of secondary packaging is flexible, space-saving, environment friendly and provides hermetic closing for food.
