Our customer requested  curved and elegant packaging for a Champagne bottle which also could be used as an ice bucket. This meant a pack resistant to water and ice. Our technical and design specialists developed an innovative process for printing the two sides of the packaging with a metallic layer, the inner one being resistant to humidity. They also found an optimum cardboard layout that enabled the packaging to be folded into a box and to be converted into an ice bucket with the minimal number of steps.

Bow is a completely unique concept and truly innovative packaging solution. It works by pulling away part of the label in the middle, revealing a small lever; opening into three parts, forming four loops that are pulled tightly to the side of the bottle; forming the show stopping 3D bow.  'Bow' runs on high speed filling lines, in multiple countries across Europe, without impacting production output. Applied at speeds of up to 200M/minute from a single 72mm wide reel. Bow is a unique consumer engagement tool, applied directly to PET bottles and available to the consumer at no additional cost.

Triangular shaped bottles are pretty rare and this complex bottle and decoration project has been 3 years in the making. This 750ml custom triangular shaped bottle features both embossed and debossed customer logo shaped triangles. Decoration is both screened and pressure sensitive labeled so it is also complicated to decorate.

Amber Gold Vodka comes (0,5; 0,7; 1 l) glass bottles with a unified design (concept: Brandbox agency, Latvia). Bottles producer: O-I Production Estonia. The surface does not have a smooth texture, instead presenting a texture of flows, resembles amber. Labels constructive forms are irregular and as appearance of natural stone.
