Our solution has been developed for an elegant, practical and sustainable product presentation at the Makro Gastro fest. The mould is used both for baking and for subsequent consumption of Romadur cheese.
The mould was made of the foodWave® | heatproof corrugated cardboard, which is suitable for direct contact with food and for use in conventional or microwave ovens. This elegant solution ensured perfect product presentation and brand visibility throughout the event and consumption of the product. The entire mould was transported flat and folding it is very quick and easy. Thanks to this practical mould, the capacity of the staff at the event could be reduced, fewer dishes were needed and time and water for washing them was saved.
