Replacing wooden pallets with X Pallet (80% lighter) significantly reduces fuel consumption (and thus the transport costs) as well as emissions during transport stage (5,8%) of the supply chain. The pallet is neat and clean, while complying to the ISPM15 and other international logistics standards.

Our pallets are made from recycled FSC certified corrugated cardboard. Since most of the pallet-related emissions come from the process before we get the cardboard sheets, we carefully choose suppliers with established sustainable policies, procedures, and certificates, and performing periodical scrutiny reviews.

Society as a whole benefits from pallets not accumulating in landfills and taking up valuable space in nature as it gets recycled. Also, using the X Pallet in transport, reduces CO2e emissions significantly, resulting in lower overall carbon footprint of any product. Increases safety of warehouse workers.

Up to 4,7x less wood is required to produce a single X Pallet compared to wooden alternative of the same size and load capacity.

The X Pallet weighs 80% less than wooden pallet, which results in 6,2% lower fuel consumption (and CO2e emissions) during transport. The airfreight variant (AF1 model) optimizes use of space in air cargo due to special design (5 EUR1 pallets or 8 AF1 pallets on single 10ft ULD - PMC/P6P)

Recycling KraftPal pallet is easy and therefore gets recycled much more often. It can be disposed into existing collecting containers placed behind warehouses. From there it goes to the recycling company and is used as input material for new products/or eventually new KraftPal pallets, in numerous cycles.
