Ad hoc evaluator for PIPE projects (Innovative Research in Small Businesses) of FAPESP (São Paulo Research Foundation) since 2019 (17 projects to date). Antonio Carlos Cabral, after working for years in the packaging field at major FMCG companies understood that there was a huge lack of knowledge within professionals in the market and also in incoming generations. With that Cabral played a key role to engage stakeholders and create the first Packaging Engineering program at a major university, Mauá University, that remains as the only program target to packaging Engineering in Brazil. The Brazilian Packaging market counts now-a-days several professionals formed by Mauá, with great skills and supporting the industry competitiveness in Brazil.
